Terms & Conditions

By requesting or booking a transfer with Taxi Van Barcelona, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once our dispatch team sends you an official confirmation via WhatsApp or email with vehicle details and fixed price.

2. Waiting Times

Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes free waiting time from actual flight landing. Hotel and address pickups include up to 15 minutes complimentary waiting time.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a fee.

4. Luggage & Passengers

Passengers must declare the accurate number of bags and passengers to ensure an adequately sized vehicle is dispatched. Overloaded vehicles may refuse items exceeding safety limits.

5. Payments

Payments are made directly to the driver via credit card or cash upon arrival at your destination, or via secure pre-payment link when requested.
